Returns

 

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return:

 

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

     

    Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

    • Return shipment: The return must be made exclusively via the private delivery company FedEx and must be sent with signature required. This ensures that your package reaches us safely and allows tracking of the return journey.
    • Return fees: Please note that the shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend keeping proof of shipment for any future communication.
    • Product condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documents provided.

    Refunds

     

    Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and inform you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

     

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the credit within a number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

     

    Shipping

     

    You will be responsible for paying the shipping fees to return your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
